I used to eat mine with sugar, but I find if you peel the skin and pith away from the fruit it's rather tasty on its own. Sometimes they peel away easily but a lot of times they're a sticky yet delious mess! -Aimee

haha - at this stage I simply prefer the juice :D But I seriously want to try make some chutney
I do love a good chutney! When we have an abundance of rhubarb that's precisely what I did with it. 😃 -Aimee
