First Snowfall of the Season

Today we awoke to a blanket of sparkling snow.

Brisket had to don his Fashion Monster jacket and greet his colleague, the livestock guardian dog Amaroq.

The barn cats seemed unfazed by their first time in snow.

The turkeys and laying hens were not eager to emerge from their warm roosts.

Sheep come equipped with thick, waterproof winter coats.

Every surface glitters in the morning light.
