Congratulations! The monster eggs are our double yoke, we have had one triple yoke. When the hens are young they will sometimes wrap two yokes and the egg is huge. Then there are the tiny pullet egg that sometimes don't have a yoke. I get 4 dozen eggs per day... I have a coop for them with nest boxes and they started laying in them right away, but they are in a large pen so they don't have many places outside to lay.
