Wow, if that's your indoor garden..it looks as though you have it right down pat. I marvel at indoor gardens. They are a lot of work. And unless you have a green thumb it could be challenging. It takes a lot of experimenting to find out wether something you try works or not. But this is a viable source of food over time and it for sure will taste better when you grow it yourself and you'll know what was given to the plants when they were growing. yes and no, growing inside successfully requires a lot more knowledge, skill and money than growing outside. Outside nature provides everything plants need to grow, inside there is nothing plants need to grow.

We tried aquaponics for a few years with some success. But we live off grid and the water consumption during droughts was too much to handle.
