Trouble Trouble Trouble and the The Joys of Homesteading

It's been a little rough lately. Had to put a roof on the house. Someone stole our chainsaw. Both vehicles went down. The truck's brakes went south one a four lane in the city. it was raining so that was fun. Then I had to replace the master cylinder and brake booster. This was a challenge not because of lack of know how but because my old body didn't like getting down in the floor under the steering wheel to get to the booster bolts.
But you know what? We got it all done and it made me know that things may not go as quick as they used to but they CAN get done.
These parts and a roof and a new chainsaw have taken us to the edge financially but we have good stocks of food and will be back on top in no time.
I got some new aches and pains for a couple of days but we are both happy and grateful that we can still step up to the plate.
To all you fine homesteaders; never quit, never lose hope. Count your blessings. You can do whatever you really really want to. We wish all of you the very best.

I must give my wife credit because she is in a power chair but got up in the truck and pumped the brakes for me while I bled them. I have the finest wife a man could ask for.

Teamwork can accomplish amazing things. Y'all are a great example of stick-to-it-ive-ness. ;~D

Not that you guys have earned much yet, but do you have a way to cash out SBD from steemit?

No. We don't know anything about it. We figured to just let it build and we'll understand it down the road. Thanks for any education you can give.

they say when it rains it pours... but I am a believer in good things happen for a reason. Keep your faith!
