PAPA BEING B.L.U.E.R. – Part 2 – BRANCHES
There is great wisdom is being bluer.
For those of you who do not know what “BLUER” means, it is an acronym created by @bluerthangreen which means “Building Legacies Utilizing Earth’s Resources.” You can delve into his understanding more in these posts:
As I continue to work my land and prepare an area for a driveway and house site, a lot of raw materials need to be removed. Far too often these valuable resources are just piled up and burned to get rid of them, but @papa-pepper has a better plan. I'd rather use what I've got! In the last video I shared about the bulk of the trees in the form of logs, so now I move on to the branches.

Stay tuned as I share more about this mindset and project over the remaining two parts of this series.
As always, I'm @papa-pepper and here's the proof:

I think you really have taken the idea of stewardship that The Lord gave you and are applying in a way that will bless many generations to come. Keep it up!
That is the goal! Also, thanks fro the REAL COMMENT! I look forward to seeing you at the WISCONSIN STEEMIT MEETUP next Friday!
Thanks @truconspiracy!
Looking forward to it as well hopefuly many steemiams come.
Great infor to past along papa. Was it me or did I here a loud Cicada noise in the background of your video?
I though that was what it was. Heard that too, definitely different audio than some of the other ones.
“Building Legacies Utilizing Earth’s Resources.”
I like that.
or as we said in the BoyScouts
'leave it better than when you found it'
Yeah, I like that one too! Is that where that comes from, boy scouts?
As an Eagle Scout I think of that motto all the time @everittdmickey. It can apply to so many situations in life. It's a simple thing that feels so good, too leave a trail of improvement in your wake rather than destruction.
I'm a "city-slicker" in Tampa but I love what you're doing! I used to compost, and I've planted tomatoes, aloes, and some squash once. You could just as easily call yourself "papa-PREPPER!"
Have a great day! Keep doing what you do.
That I could, and you are not the first to think so.
What you are doing is great for the environment ,@papa-pepper , giving back to nature instead of destroying it
Yes, recycle what it provides to fuel its further growth and prosperity.
Yes sir, you are so right about that , and your contributions to mother nature is inspiring
Mulch is a good thing. When I saw the title I thought you were going to make a natural fence by putting in wood post and weaving the branches between them. But mulch makes more sense. It is important top build up your soil to give it the nutrients needed to grow your food. And you don't want poison ivy around your little peppers.
Nice one bro keep up the good work
Thanks, I will!
I feel like I can survive anywhere in the world watching your videos and learning about the life outside of NYC. I used to live upstate and it was filled with forests and it was difficult, now I feel like I could just go back :D thanks for teaching us new techniques about homesteading everyday
I am glad to hear that the adventures of my life bless you!
Thank you for sharing it with me.
Good thing you included proof of branch
Now people know that I'm for real.
@papa-pepper!
I watched and read your blog, it's interesting. Upvoted and resteemed.
Thank you for that! I am glad that you enjoyed it.
Are you new here?
