Love is a Load of Crap!
Love is when you get crap...Like this:-
and then you leave said crap all over the place like a little smelly surprise such as here next to the spuds and Pepino:-
And here between the Kale and Pumpkin:-
in a space next to the path,
And here by the sweet potatoes:_
a big pile of crap under the palm tree,
a big pile of crap where @minismallholding dug up our dinner,
and crap by the onions.
Before you know it, you've run out of crap.
Now i can't give a crap....
The best thing is @minismallholding is so happy that i leave crap everywhere - is this a homesteader thing i wonder? How many of you give a crap? i need a shower cos i'm covered in crap.... :)
Carp one day, crap the next. Shit happens, I guess.
Lol...I was so in love with my rabbit manure I had accumulated raising meat rabbits that when I left my home in the country for the city (an involuntary move that I'm glad has sorted itself out with me back in the woods forever), I had to take my mountain of rabbit crap with me. Many would have thought me crazy...but homesteaders will understand :)
Now that is one load of crap. Glad to see you crapping all over your garden. There is no greater way to express love than when we are willing to take the crap from other animals and use it for the plants. Well, there is a greater show of love, when we are willing to take the crap from our loved ones, compost it and share with the grass and trees. It's a crappy job, but somebody has to do it. Nicely done!
Ha! For a moment there I thought you misspelled the title, that it should have been "Love is a Load of CARP". Going out to walk the dogs. Back in a bit. Oh and read your last post too. You are definitely an anarchist. Never had the testicular fortitude to do what you did in court. What does one do with those monster carp you catch by the way? We have carp in a river nearby but the largest I ever caught was about 10 pounds.
Most have no idea what anarchy is about and often get confused with so called right wing politics and chaos. i'm sure that things will fall into place when you get through @wwf blog, hes a true anarchist and inspiration to us all. As @andyfishman has explained, most of the fish i catch go back unharmed to fight another day. Myself and probably Andy included would be happy to comment on any fishing posts you offer up, We wont laugh ...honest :) - i think Andy holds the record for the smallest at around 8oz...
That little redfin perch might have weighed about that, if I had whacked a few sinkers down its gob before weighing!
Or are you talking about the carp a couple of nights ago?
And then there was this monster...
Promise not to laugh...too hard.
I thought the same. LOL
Like me, @realtreebivvy returns the fish to the water. That alone gets my respect in Australia, where carp are usually left by gits to rot on the banks. One of these bigguns rotting down would sure pong up an area!
Just a thought though, @minismallholding might appreciate some buried a couple of foot deep in the vege patch, and always put a couple beneath a Corn patch or sunflowers. As the seed grows, the fish gets worked on by the worms and such and by the time the roots get into it it is all sorts of goodness for the plants. you will never see flowers or seed as healthy and well set.
Works well beneath other plants which like a nutrient boost later in the growing season before flowering too.
We have chicken giblets and remains for burying under long term planting areas - we have over 30 chickens and probably 20 chicks at the moment, and around half a dozen ready to start crowing. We tend to do around 2 chickens per week, in fact i did 2 yesterday... A couple of carp around 4-5lb are boiled up whole for the chickens around once per week... they go mad for them.
Try chucking a few mid size carp into a 40 gallon drum and filling it about 2/3 with water. Leave a gaseous area above the water and put the lid on. Secure the lid. Swish it about once a month by taking the top and swirling the drum. In a few months, after allowing it to brew good and proper, tap it, into a watering can, and dilute it about 10/1 parts water/carp brew.
Don't splash yourself, it is a smell you will never forget.
This was so funny - I came here wondering what might have made someone like you so cynical....guess I shudda known better 😉
It's a gardener thing. I get it, true love!!!!
Mountains of POO............. :)
Moral of the story? Do not despise the crap in our lives because it can produce some unbelievable results. 😀 Can’t wait to see what is produced from your garden @realtreebivvvy
I’ve got a husband that understands this. I’m so happy he not only puts up with all my crap, he embraces it. :)
Embracing it...ewww Another shower required i thinks... :)
Lol
Haha ... this is so hilarious ... you wrote this post even before taking a shower ... Steemit won ;)
