Make salted Duck eggs with red bricks and mud

in #homesteading7 years ago

Hallo friend steemit, how are you today. yesterday I did the expedition with my team and we went to the home business that is making salted eggs, Bored with processed eggs that-that's it? Why not try salted eggs? Type of processed eggs this one a lot of people. In addition to the delicious taste, marinating eggs also become an alternative to minimize losses.

Making salted eggs is not a strange thing, now in school the teachers have given an additional lesson that is making salted eggs, this salted egg is a duck egg.

Salted eggs are very popular at home and become a food that must be served if you are at home restaurant, in making this salted egg I will give way how and what ingredients are needed, here is our discussion about making salted eggs.

Basically there are many ways to make salted eggs. but I am here to discuss bebrapa way. The first way we serve is quite simple but the eggs are quite masir or tasty. The materials needed include:

Fresh duck eggs between 10 eggs to 30 eggs. We recommend using eggs with age 1 to 2 days of duck eggs for quality results.

Provide a natural salt that is 500 grams of kitchen salt. Can also use box salt or rock salt.

Clean water to taste as a clay mixer with salt and water. This water is also as an egg wash from dirt droppings on eggs, and that is certainly washed clean using a brush.

The next step, make a solution in the form of a mixture of water, salt and clay. This solubilization will coat the eggs and make sure the mixture has a salty taste for the egg to turn salty to taste perfectly.

Do all the eggs and make sure all the egg parts are covered in red and mud bricks that have been mixed with water and salt

After all done, stacking eggs in the nest egg and let stand for 2 days, 2 days is a very appropriate way to get maximum results.

here I do not follow the steps in coating eggs with lumpu, because it may take a very long time, so I went straight to the warehouse ang there are already many salted eggs ready to be washed and ready to be marketed. This home-based business I think is already in a successful situation, why do I say that ?, because customers who are also suppliers or recipients of eggs are already subscribed, and every day come to take the eggs they buy, the average buyers buy 20-50 Nest eggs full of salted eggs.

The egg was 2 days old ready to be harvested and dispersed, but previously washed clean to separate from the mud and red brick that has dried up.

This business is very big in my opinion and very promising I highly praise this father of noo, the neighbors call this father with the title of sono salted egg.

stack after pile of cleaned eggs, and ready to change hands to buyers.

Buying and selling atmosphere in salted egg warehouse.

Basically, both ways to make salted eggs easy to practice, in addition to easy way of making. salted eggs also have some very good benefits. Helping the growth of new cell proteins can also help to form new cells in the body and regenerate damaged body cells. improve the function of red blood cells and is very good for improving the function of red blood cells in the body. The common thing that makes salted eggs consumed is Salted Eggs have a high iron content. With the presence of iron in the salted egg, it can help the body to prevent the occurrence of symptoms of anemia or lack of blood. Usually anemia symptoms are the body that feels weak and also lethargic, easy to feel tired, nausea, dizziness and headaches. And even now if there are people who are limp and dizzy many of them directly consume salted eggs.

So my discussion about making salted eggs and some benefits of salted eggs, and hopefully a little science from me is useful and friends all want to try it at home, thank you for reading my post I am @reserse bye and good luck to make it all

Thank you very interesting to serve

Thank you hopefully useful

Very interesting. To be honest, I am not familiar with this. I had to do some research to find out why the mud is used. Could you expand more on the process and explain how the mud helps to preserve and marinate the eggs and what exactly type of mud it is.

What is the longest amount of time that eggs can be stored like this and still be safe to eat?

This is interesting, I will share it with our followers.
