this is my first time getting such a good harvest. but according to my readings, you can store the pumpkins in a cool, dry place for a year! so if you have a root cellar, or basement, that's a huge bonus! i think i will be processing most into puree and storing it in freezer bags, but i am going to store some as is on my covered/screened porch and see how they do. our florida winters are not at all too cold, so i will see how it goes.
