haha, that's crazy! i never fathomed that someone could hate sourdough! lol. the smell is surely not desirable, i agree! but this is very mild, and probably, not really considered sourdough, true sourdough anyhow. i am sure some bakers would have my head for even calling this sourdough ;-)
