I'm actually really glad you put this out there!

I had no idea the process behind the organic certification and now that I do know, it upsets me to see that the standards are lower and prices are higher. Most "organic" labeled foods are extremely expensive and all for nothing?!

Keep up the great work on your farm, love that you chose transparency over selling out!
