Yum yum this look divine uve done really well to get this do creamy and authentic ice cream looking. U r so lucky to have a coconut tree :)
We are, my mom plant it thinking it was only ornamental and some 5 years later we got the surprise that it was a coconut tree when fell down the first fruits. Now we feel the same happiness when a new coconut falls down (except when it brakes a tile of the ceiling).
That's actually quite funny but not the tile bit sorry about that.
