Its been an age, Color challenge green Thursday \o/

in #hope4 years ago (edited)

Oh my its been a long while the easiest post to make seemed to be a colorchallenge one, so a scroll through my phone to find anything green in the gallery resulted in a few pics , some nondescript others meaningful , I guess im an hedgehog in a former life , when anything threatens i dissapear into a ball but im pretty sure i dont have spikey bits, nontheless this pandemic has had profound effects on me personally and i know its selfish, ive had to go to work mostly through it and so far have come out unscathed so thats a blessing, for others its been tragic and too hard to bear and for those people i cannot imagine your loss and suffering, for me its a fear for you its reality and i can only send virtual hugs --0--/.
The first picture is of a machine at work and we painted it green, not much to shout about but for a few days it gave a purpose.

Another picture shows an acheivement, again keeping busy was the key a pond dug ,planted and filled for the wildlife to come visit, the small creatures that are blissfully unaware that there is a pandemic that just go about their business in what is now a quieter world :)

so just some images that i got during lockdown and soon i hope i can uncurl and wander freely in this world, sometimes we need to look to animals to put our own lives in perspective and this past year has been an unprecedented one , I just hope in the coming months we all can resume some form of normality and perhaps see things from a better prospective than we did a year ago I know we will be without some of the health care heroes ,some of our relatives and friends mothers fathers grandparents brothers and sisters and countless frontline workers, no words will ever describe the suffering and they deserve the very highest awards, theres no easy way to end this post except just maybe now there is hope.
