Aiming to increase physical activity it's important to do what you love. Sometimes the gym can get monotonous so variety as they say is the spice of life!
Due to a change in the weather I was forced on the indoor courts , here you can really work up a sweat !
Training for 1 hour results in such a positive outlook for the rest of the day, energy level are up and endorphins are flowing.
To cool down all you need is that lush walk down the seafront.....take in that sky
Now awaits some dinner some beloved steak and jacket potatoe to help rest recouperate and grow !
