I can imagine your Dad getting all bothered that his kids were getting in the way! DIY is fabulous to feed our creative souls, save money and feel pride over what you can achieve. Besides, I didnt think they let you live in Britain unless you can try your hand at some DIY?
So true! Britain seems to live on B&Q and Homebase and any hint of a bank holiday and some sun and they are crammed with folks buying overpriced house DIY goodies....
Our DIY store is Bunnings. For ages we would say B+Q and correct ourselves. However here they have a sausage sizzle outside which makes it all worthwhile.
