What is your thoughts on keeping the water that the noodles cooked in as a soup base and serving in a bowl or do you like removing the noodles from the water completely then add the spice?
According to me, the water from the noodle stew is better at the waste, because the first water I know that instant noodle contain chemicals that are harmful to the body, and coincidentally I also prefer fried noodles than noodle soup.
