Tajine of carrots, peas and potatoes

Ingredients (4 people):

1 shredded garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 meat broth
Olive oil
Parsley
Sunflower oil
1 tbsp turmeric
1 teaspoon of ginger
2 potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
3 handfuls of frozen peas and carrots
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon salt
3 pieces of meat (less than 300g)

Preparation:
Read the recipe
Step 1 :
Peel the onion and cut in small dice. Place the tajine over low heat, add a dash of olive oil and sunflower then diced onions and meat. Stir until the meat is golden brown. Add the spices, broth and garlic and stir. Add a glass of water, cover the tajine for the meat to cook.

2nd step :
Meanwhile, wash and peel the potatoes and carrot and cut into slices.
When the meat is half-cooked, open the tajine and arrange your vegetables (the peas last). Salt again, pepper again if necessary and add chopped parsley. Cover the tajine and simmtajine.jpger for about 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
