Change out your usernames in the line of code.
By changing the two usernames you control who delegates to whom.
By selecting zero you undelegate.
Undelegated vests return in 5 days.
Figure ~515sp per 1m vests.
Delegating ~500sp could be had by changing the two zeroes in front of the percent sign to 950000.

If you have a delegation out, it takes 5 days to get it back.
If you delegate zero to them the steem will leave their wallet immediately, and show up in yours 120 hours later.
