HOW TO CHANGE A FAULTY WATER TAP
Good day steemit friends, how are you all doing? Today I am going to do something different. We are going to learn something important today which is how to change a faulty water tap.
I do a lot of repairs in my house without requiring the service of a professional, changing water- tap is one of them as it is not difficult to do as long as you can follow simple instruction. You can see yourself saving some cash which you would have given to a plumber over something you can fix yourself. I am a big fan of Do it yourself.
Procedure-
(1) Know the size of the faulty water tap, but most of them are size ¾
the new water tap
The faulty water tap that is to be changed with water rushing uncontrollably
The new tap placed right beside the faulty one
(2) Rotate or turn the faulty tap in the anti-clockwise direction to pull it out from the pipe.
Note: turning in the direction of the clock is tightening while anti-clockwise direction is loosing.

(3) With the old or faulty tap out, remove the white socket attached to the tap
