You need 2 things to make this pipe
An apple & a round ended pen or something that’ll make good airways.

First you want to add the green line and you want it about half way or more down
Second , just add the carb hole and the mouth piece. Put down the pen and attempt to pull ... and then pull from the mouth piece with your finger also , on the carb hole.
