History of burgers

The word "hamburger" itself approaches from the name of Hamburg, Germany's second-largest city. According to one version, the recipe came to America with German immigrants. There was a piece of fried pork in a hamburger bread. According to another category, the hamburger was named after Hamburg in New York State. In 1885, Charles and Frank Menchis proposed to offer a fried beef between two banns at a fair in Hamburg, USA. They moved out of the pork sausage they applied for the sandwiches and replaced it with the beef in their hands.

In the same 175, at the Seymour Fair, Charlie Nagrin was sitting between two loaves of bread selling meatballs. According to him, this kind of food was most suitable for the event because it can be eaten on the go. He named his culinary creation "Charlie's Hamburger." The term "hamburger" first appeared in New York restaurants in 1834. The first mention of the "Hamburg Stick," which originated in Germany, has been found in "Evening Boston" magazine since 1884.
The modern version of the burger has a variety. Serve a variety of minced meat with bananas, cutlets, and even Michelin-starred restaurants. In making fast food, their dish has a common name. Chefs prefer gray, black truffles, Kobe beef instead of rubber patties, and synthetic buns.
These national burgers can cost up to 1000. On the steakhouse menu, you can find more democratic versions based on the cutlet marble beef premium breed - quite a worthy alternative to common riba and phyla mignon
Hamburgers are a very popular food all over the world today. You can buy it at any restaurant. Fast food at affordable prices. It is practically considered a national dish for Americans. There is no single version of the source of this dish.

The history of the rise of hamburgers is quite controversial. So far, scientists have not been able to form a single opinion about the dish's name and the origin of the recipe or who created it. Some say that the cooking method originated in Germany. Whether it came from there or from Hamburg, German immigrants brought this kind of snack to the United States. This recipe includes: a cutlet or fried meat, which is placed in the middle of a small loaf, rounded, gherkin is added there, and then everything is cooked with the sauce. In Germany, this type of food is known as "Rundstack Warm" ("Warm Round"). A description of the Hamburg sandwich can be found in the Boston Kitchen School Recipe book, published in 1844. It is also known that these "warm rounds" were called "hamburgers" at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis and were in high demand. Now in some countries, this name is only used to mark a cutlet.
