With children being taught to love guns and killing from such a young age is it any wonder America has such a problem with gun violence.
This disturbing image is the result of extremism.
This is hatred and persecution framed as wildlife management.
Teaching young children that certain wildlife species have no value.
It’s legal so that makes it Ok
It’s thrill killing motivated by hatred and contempt for nature
National Hunting organizations like the US Sportsmen’s Alliance, the National Rifle Association, and Safari Club International give state legislators right to hunt, trap, and fish legislation to add to state constitutions.
This is while hunting and trapping has declined from 16 million to 11 million in just 5 short years.
This is the result of “right to hunt” legislation.
Many of these states use these laws to allow bounties, killing contests, and unfettered unethical hunting methods that are legal.
The legality gives the killers cover to persecute species like coyote and wolf.
No one needs these types of weapons for hunting or protection.
Although I am not a gun person my self I don’t think the problems society is facing has to do with a probabaly small population teaching kids the love of guns. I am totally against the thrill kill, but see hunting ok if they are eating the animal, but I think societies problems with gun violence especially has to do with lack of parenting and respect and common sense these days. Good post overall though.
