Man-Made Side Effects Presentation and Request For Critique

The following is a 15 minute scientific presentation that I will be doing in Vegas next week. Please let me know if you like it or not and if you see any mistakes. Iatrogenic is a mistake caused by the medical establishment, a man-made influence that causes a health problem or as one physician put it, "I atr git  - outa da body's way"!
