SALTED CARAMEL " Ice Cream"

This is the solution for a bad hot day , In Cebu City today we are experiencing atleast 32DC and yes it is very hot , though this month is for the wet season but the LPA is in Luzon Area thats why they are experiencing a bad weather today and since lastweek , by next week as far as ive heard it in the radio it will be a rainy day in Cebu , so always bring your umbrellas and coat to protect yourself. But for now let me enjoy my ice cream yieeeee
