The Job Sector has always been the go to profession for any engineering or studying student. They strive to get a 9 to 5 paying job with all the perks that the company provides with it such as increments, bonuses and special benefits for their family and health. This is more so in the developing and underdeveloped nations where jobs at a corporate office is looked upon as something equivalent to owning the whole company that they are working at.

Every single student is in the rat race and that is not bad, since they have to sustain themselves and their family and the easiest way other than to start a business is to get a paying corporate job. It also provides them with a sense of security that they'll get the pay for the amount of work they put in, unlike in a business where it may vary drastically and has a bit of luck on play too.

But, at the current standards, these increments and bonuses are not much of impactful as they were before and with the standard of living rising every year, with inflation in play and the government bringing in stricter rules and more taxes to be paid, these bonuses and benefits look meager. Also, the companies are not purposefully awarding their performing staff and employees, it is just that there exists no platform where they can track and provide with proper benefits that they deserve for the amount of work that they've put in.

There is also the fact that these bonuses and rewards for good performance have never been changed much since it was first introduced and it could be that it is irrelevant in current standards. It was made taking into concern the standards of the past. This means that they get the same bonuses and increments that was given when the day to day conditions were different.

They plan on solving the above mentioned problems by creating a platform based on Blockchain that will help the companies and industry better track their employees performance and reward them accordingly, suggesting particular rewards according to their profiles, locality, background and impactful on their lives and easily redeemable by them.

This platform being powered by the Blockchain means that it is much more secure and the data is much more safer than the traditional standards. It is also decentralised and the power of say does not lie in the hands of the companies or individuals. It is also transparent, allowing the authorised and users to be able to verify the transactions, transfers and workings of the platform.

ICO & Team

They plan on powering their platform by introducing the Universal Recognition (URT) Token which is based on Ethereum's ERC-20 Token standard. They are yet to announce the dates and details on their Crowd Sale as of writing.

The Founders and rest of the team has adequate experience in Software Development, Blockchain, HR, Community Management and Design respectively. The advisory board consists of renowned and experienced Business Owners, Business Developers, Professors, CEO, Blockchain Advisors, Analysts, Investors, Entrepreneurs who also bring along their expertise in fields of Business Development, Marketing, Blockchain, Investments and Finance.

Conclusion

It is true that most of the gifts, rewards, coupons and vouchers go unredeemed and this has happened with many of us too. This is because either the reward is inappropriate or hard to redeem requiring you to put in much more effort than what you'd put in to receive the reward.

This is a really niche field with not much competition and they seem to have good token economics in place. It is the team that seems a bit too small and not as diverse as other Blockchain Project.

It remains to be seen if they can deliver on their promise and they could try diversifying themselves in the future.
