  As an added bonus, token holders can avail free stays every year at Global REIT’s acquired properties. However, token holders must have a minimum of 5000 tokens purchased, combining two tokens is allowed, to qualify for this.   

  And exclusively for GREM token holders, with a minimum of 100,000 tokens, they will have an opportunity to sell their real estate properties to Global REIT.

The Verdict  

  Same with the other newly launched platforms, the question is – will this work? Well, the idea is not new, same with its industry. Real estate investments are around us, it’s everywhere. The only thing new to this platform is that – it is in the blockchain and uses cryptocurrency, which of course opens a whole new world of opportunities to earn revenues but without the complexity of the traditional real estate investing.
