I have been promoting many of the ICOs, and i try real hard to study the projects and i promote mostly businesses and projects that will generate profits, like the latest one im promoting:
One of the biggest problems is most of these people running the ICOs don't have the required business skills to create these projects.
They shill away and they think they can just get the ICO money and make it all happen, but often it's not that easy.
Another big problem is there is too many copy cats of each project, there is 5 medical chains or more for example..
