Only mobile mining was delayed... Mining already works on desktop and laptop computers... Cryptopia is currently only exchange that accepts Electroneum deposits and there the price has dropped to 1/7000th of the initial price. I would not deposit my money there until the price recovers, but it will be cheap to buy Electroneum using BTC balance and sell it later elsewhere where the price might be a lot higher or hold until price recovers on Cryptopia.
