SKYLLZ - Promoting the Development of Skills!

Skyllz Distributed Platform (SDP) is a distributed and open source validation platform that allows users to validate and enhance the acquisition, assignment, contextualization and enhancement of skills inside and outside of Skills Touchpoints Applications (STapps) as platforms -learning, networks, portfolio platforms, offline educational platforms or any other platform that wants to benefit and add value to the Skyllz ecosystem. They have three layers installed on their platform, namely the application layer, the service layer and the block chain layer.

Its backbone technology, called Proof-of-Skill, is traceable and non-negotiable and stores its user attribute directly in the blockchain database. The Skill Test is constantly updated through intelligent contracts using Ethereum technology. The protocol establishes the standards to create a multiplatform ecosystem where users acquire, apply or improve a skill in any application Skill Touchpoint (STapp) built on the top, Users can validate their skills on STapps with Skill Test (reputation of Skyllz ) and fund their self-development with Tokens Skyllz.

The Skyllz Token (SKT): is a fixed supply utility card that can be integrated into applications as the transactional value layer is ERC-20 compatible, allows users to access and perform transactions in the SDP.
They serve as account units that allow users to participate and obtain validations of their skills in any application of the ecosystem. they are denoted with the SKT symbol. This tab allows to validate and certify all the positive skills of the user on the Workkola platform and has a fixed supply of units, it is also used for the purpose of rewarding the individual known as Raters.

The SDP project aims to reveal and confirm all the talents with which a person is endowed. All this will be possible thanks to the protocol based on Blockchain Blockchain technology (it is a type of distributed book or decentralized database that keeps records of digital transactions.) And the token in Ethereum, ERC20. It will give us the most realistic and transparent visualization of the skills of the real user. It will be impossible to buy or falsify them; everything depends only on you and your abilities.

The system will have 2 types of participants: users and Evaluators. The former will try to confirm their abilities (Skill Test), and the latter will decide if they really did. The qualifiers (or oracles) are a group of qualified professionals who will evaluate the users. By voting, the Assessors will be selected among the tokens' holders. They will be anonymous during the evaluation to avoid corruption and will not allow bad specialists to obtain a Skill Test. Evaluators are basically people who help decide if a skill test should be presented to the user and the amount of that test.

The Workkola team is the team behind Skyllz and began designing the future of talent empowerment in February 2015. Most of the team members are from Spain. The top part of the company consists of three co-founders, the CEO - Alvaro Mancilla Moreno, the CTO - Jesús Chacón Ávila, the CMO - Antonio Negrillo Roman
As part of its main mission is to change the way talents access work and work access talent and create meanings and solutions that change the game, Workkola team took additional measures to cover all the possibilities of technology blockchain for the scale and impact of the balloon with Skyllz.

The team plans to take the project to ICO in the summer of 2018 and by the end of 2018, it is planned to launch a beta version of the platform, as well as a global update for Workkola.
The full version of the Skyllz platform will be launched in 2020.
