This is an ICO that's caught my attention and really seems to have alot of potential in the long run. The project seems to be run by a great, competent team who are also transparent about their undertaking.
It will be a huge, but achievable, process.

Short Whitepaper Summary

Their Solutions:

Rebuild trust in the logistics area
They plan to incorporate smart contracts and the blockchain for immutable verification

Get rid of premium costs and liabilities resulting from defaulted payments or insolvency
They will verify suppliers and cargo owners to show and increase their own responsibility to follow through. They plan to also issue them licenses using Distributed Ledger Technology, enabling anyone to be able to see and verify them themselves.

Get rid of fees caused by the risk of fluctuations in fiat currency
All payments will be done through their own token creating a single currency to use, their IMMLA token. So exchange rates and deflation between fiat currencies won't be a problem anymore when creating the contracts.

Prevent hidden damage issues when the shipments are being transported from one place to the other
Online GPS/AIS/Satellite tracking will be used to record onto the blockchain its location and condition every step of the way. Allowing anyone to see who was responsible for it and where.

Insure both transportation losses and cargo damage (which is usually not insured by many)
Solves the products being under insured so they can avoid problems if the shipment is damaged along the way.

Provide common/central information for both the client and the freighter
Having one place with all the information should increase efficiency, reduce delays, and easily see which idle freighters can be utilized. And will prevent empty return trips from where they delivered their products to so they have exports to bring back on their way

They plan to implement the "Dutch Auction" type of system to further create competition between freighters for lower costs while allowing the client to choose a price they see is the best for them.

Token Distribution:
They will issue "445,122,735 IML tokens in two tiers: pre-ICO and ICO"

After the ICO, the founders will be issued 18.5% of the total tokens
Although it will be held and locked for 5 months through a smart contract

IMMLA plans to buy back tokens equal to 36% of IMMLA's revenue at the market price and burn them

The Pre-ICO sold : 10,645,558.026103 tokens raising 2,047.222697 ETH

During the ICO, 434,477,177 tokens will be issued
The Minimum amount is 18,000,000 IML tokens or else, investors will be refunded

What I thought was important for long term holding:
Their road map plans to do the following
By the Q1 of 2018, they plan to release the beta version of their platform and start sales in Eastern Europe
By 2019, provide all of China with their service
By 2023, be used globally
