Hello readers, you might be thinking what about decentralizing the worth, well actually I am saying with respect to your data, content and information you create on this world of internet.
Here I am with probably my last article on this amazing project IOVO.

Content sharing in modern world:

IOVO stands for internet of value of omniledger. It is basically a database for storing and sharing your content in most decentralized mode. This is just like all other existing social networking platforms but with the exception of data empowerment.

This can be explained by a simple example that we know that this modern world uses internet every day and love to share every bit of detail or information on social media. That information can be useful for others in one way or other, like it may be informative, conceptual or even funny. Though not for everyone but few people are going to like it or take and advantage from your data. Even the platforms where you have been sharing your content, are getting benefit from your content like monetization and stealing content.
But do you ever think what benefit you are getting? Probably the likes and comments and that’s it. Or only few of the platforms give you money and monetize your data. Trust me that won’t be enough for your content. Plus, still your data will not be under your control.

What is IOVO?

As mentioned above the IOVO is completely decentralized, blockchain based platform meant to solve the above mentioned issues of privacy breaching, monetization and control over data.
The theme is quite simple, you can share whatever you want (or you think is worthy of sharing) on IOVO, you will get rewarded for doing so, not only this you can also have full control over data, for who can use/ access it or who cannot. 1: IOVO together with its DAG (Directed acyclic graph) prospect let you store and share your data marinating one hundred percent security and control.
2: Proof of value: It works with the principle of proof of value (extension of proof of work algorithm) where validators get rewarded based on the value of user content they are validating. This means more value, more money. But value is going to raise after demand from the users increase. This will be gradual as number of IOVO users will increase gradually.
3: Applications building: IOVO based Applications will be the major source of content creation, i.e. IOVO will collect data from the Apps that are integrated with it.
4: Texting: IOVO also let users to send messages to others users as well.

IOVO expansion:

Shortly after its release, IOVO will try to cover almost all internet fields of social, commercial and management. Everything takes time, and so the IOVO, as it will have less content as start but have huge potential to grow based on its benefits.
So the IOVO is giving benefit to the users in terms of providing a secure platform, data ownership, monetization, security and transparency, Decentralized Application owners in terms of giving them access to universal database and traffic, companies in terms of providing useful and original content/ information, direct contact with the global yet full anonymity.

There are many DApps that have been built over IOVO covers vast variety of ideas. Few of them are mentioned below:
Influnomy: DApp for exchanging non-monetary assets.
DApp for insurance: used for collection, storage and processing of data related to vehicles of IOVO users in order to provide them services accordingly.
Banking: serve as platform for decentralized banking experience.

Tokens:

We have been discussing that the reward will be given for content creation or sharing on IOVO or IOVO based Apps, well the reward will be in the form of a token “THE IOVO TOKEN”. There are 1,000,000,000 tokens have been created and are being sold with the price range of 0.09 USD to 0.12 USD, with the threshold hardcap of 29,000,000 USD.
In order to maintain the purchased and earned tokens every IOVO user and token holder will receive a wallet. This wallet will serve as a gateway for their data, tokens and money.
Note: The amount of reward (token) gained will be based on amount of the data one creates and traffic on that data that want to access the data.
Moreover, one person can create multiple accounts managed by single wallet.

Future:

Road map of IOVO explains that by the end of this year 2018 IOVO will implement wallet however fully operation IOVO will be launched by the end of 2019, also the tokens will be given to the token holders in 2019.

In my point of view IOVO has huge potential to grow in the market as it have benefits that no other platform is providing in terms of security, complete data ownership and token rewards. All this can also be explained as data creation by users portray the human value as human are creating significant data. Internet is merely misusing that data and not giving acknowledgment to the creator but IOVO claims to protect the human value.
