4 Startups reimbursed customers hours after the decision of the Central Bank of China to ban ICOs

This week, China's central bank has stated that ICOs are illegal in the country, shaking the market throughout the day. The Peoples Bank of China (PBoC), along with government officials, said it did not only the nature of token sales are considered illicit activities, but startups that offer these tokens also need to reimburse their investors. According to reports, some ICOs based in China have been issuing rebates since the last PBoC announcement.
