Resolving The Symptoms and Root Causes of Anxiety Part 1 - #ihaveanxietytoo

in #ihaveanxietytoo6 years ago

Greetings Steem Stars!

This is the first in a three part series about how to manage the symptoms and then also resolve the specific root causes of anxiety.

I'm really pleased to share this information as a response to the new #ihaveanxietytoo tag that was created by @mountainjewel recently as part of a @sndbox initiative on "what makes a good hashtag?"

In this vlog, I talk about excessive anxiety, as opposed to normal anxiety (which is experienced by just about everyone at some point!)

Over the next two days, I will share a simple way that you can use EFT (aka Tapping) to quickly release excessive anxiety and it's symptoms as and when they come up.

I will also talk about the precise reasons that people develop excessive anxiety and other mental behaviour patterns and how you can find and resolve these root causes using a stress-based analysis process from META-Health.

If you, or anyone that you know struggles with excessive anxiety and it is debilitating in their life, this information will be very useful to them.

Thank you to @riverflows for mentioning me in her blog on anxiety this morning, which prompted me to create this mini-series :)

Enjoy peace and happiness!
