The Reasons I Like Huobi

Unlike the regular jokes about China products and their unguaranteed durability, Huobi Global has survived the test of time, having been in the crypto space since 2013.

Yep, you read right, 2013! They must be doing something right.

Imagine how bitcoin exchange was back then, then imagine the tiers of transformation the platform must have undergone to stay relevant today. That is where I begin my list of great things about Huobi that makes it a wonderful exchange.

Three Reasons I Like Huobi Exchange (You should like it too)

As I earlier said, for the mere fact that it has stood the test of time, survived the unpredictable nature of cryptocurrencies through these years, came up with an alternate plan following the ban on cryptocurrency in its country of origin, China, and then used that momentum to reinvent and offer global services, the exchange is worth praising.

However, aside from these reasons, below are three practical reasons I like Huobi

1. Slashed Fees: Everyone loves discounts! The platform’s token, Huobi Token (HT), provides the opportunity for a slash of trading fees. This option is a relief for users. All that is needed is to have some HT and, through the configuration panel, choose the option of using the token for the fees, and you get a great discount. The exchange’s decision to transition to a native-token economy made it particularly competitive in its trading fees. Great move!

2. Swift Customer Service Response: When it comes to money, attention is needed and a quick one at that! That seems to be one thing the platform’s customer service personnel recognize, as they respond swiftly to account issues. Responding within the hour, they not only make you feel important, but they also show that they take your business and your time seriously. Have account issues? Contact them and rest, assured that they would get back to you quickly.

3. Insurance: Aside from its unpredictable and volatile nature, cryptocurrency trading brings another fear; exchange hack and theft. While security is beefed up, and precautions are taken to protect the platform, insuring the funds, so that users can sleep better, knowing that if the feared happened they were covered, is a move that Huobi has taken with its User Protection Fund. Although it is not the first exchange to practice this, it is advantageous for its users as it adds to the many reasons to stick with it.

Add to these reasons the wide variety of trading pairs (with 327 crypto assets), and you have yourself a highly functional and relevant cryptocurrency trading platform. In my opinion, Huobi Global is that rare individual who is aged, yet wise and evolving and emerging with the time to remain relevant.
