However, the kitchen itself has a lot of ingredients that are needed to boost immunity. Immunity boosting drinks can be made with the ingredients in our kitchen if taken in moderation rather than in excess. One of them is a tea made with cinnamon and cloves.

How to make tea with cinnamon cloves?

Ingredients needed:

  • A teaspoon of cloves
  • a little cinnamon
  • half a teaspoon of ginger powder
  • a cup of water

Make:

  1. Pour a cup of water in a bowl and boil.
  2. Now add cinnamon, cloves and ginger powder and keep for three to four minutes.
  3. Turn off the stove and strain the tea.
    Cinnamon makes the tea a little sweeter. You can add a teaspoon of honey if you do not like that sweet. However, honey should not be added while the water is boiling. Remember to add honey only after the tea is brewed.
