Every body knows that we are living in a miracoulose time, but we could live also a better life of we keep in mind this 3 things:
Posture
Breathing
Water
Driving, working on the computer, sitting with crossed legs and even looking at the phone, all this things can make us change are normal posture, and even in it doesn't seem a big deal, this lottle change can be the cause of our back pain, bad corculations and other serious illness. Yes, because if oir body is bent, our organs can touch eachother and cause a block in the blood circulation that can stop a part of body to receive oxigen...a good place for a cancer to grow.
What can we do to prevent this?

Remember in during the day to straight up your back, open your chest and streach a bit.
Join a posture class, yoga or qi gong class would help you to find the right position.

Qi gong and yoga are good for the breathing. If you want to take a step further you could take an air purifier for your home.

And water. There are many studies that show us the water is a big part of us and pure water can help us and improve our health. Drink more water is good, find a water purifier for home is better.
