Krishna Janmashtami- The Birth of a Supreme Human
Hello Steemians!
From a playful child to a Yogi of highest order- He is all. In Hinduism all the "Avatar" are said to have some arts/attributes which sums up to sixteen. it is, in a sense, a divine order or scale which maps Avatar's divinity. "Hierarchy is Universal !" Jokes beside!
in fact everyone of us have one or two of those attribute. Don't tell me that you have eight of them and you should be worshiped as half God. Jokes beside again!
So, Krishna is said to have all the sixteen divine powers or attributes.
- Daya – Compassion
- Dharjya – Patience
- Kshama – Forgiveness
- Nyaya – Justice
- Nirapeksha – Impartiality
- Niraskata – Detachment
- Tapasya – Meditation and Spiritual Powers
- Aparchitta – Invincibility
- Danasheel – Beneficience, Bestower of all wealth in the world and nature.
- Saundarjyamaya – Beauty Incarnate
- Nrityajna – Best of Dancers
- Sangitajna – Best of Singers
- Neetibadi – Embodiment of Honesty
- Satyabadi – Truth Itself
- Sarvagnata – Perfect master of all arts, such as poetry, drama, painting etc.
- Sarvaniyanta – Controller of All
Krishna was embodiment of all sixteen MBTI personality types given by Myers-Briggs. I would explain more about it in some other post along with statistical analysis kind of article "what made them God "
"Happy Krishna Janamashtami"
