Population due to Diwali is absolutely Bullshit | No Democracy in India

in #india6 years ago (edited)

It's very sad to that although INDIA is a democratic and secular country, but every time every rules and decision goes against out belief, culture and thoughts.

It's all started from mocking our Hindu rituals, Gods, Religion in Movies like PK, then teaching bullshit about our culture and history in Universities like JNU then politicians and Influential people talking nonsense about Hindu-Religion and Tradition without having a proper knowledge and now Banning Firecrackers in Diwali.

I hope news channels also release the reports of pollution caused due to smoking cigarettes 24-7-365 days rather than publishing the pollution report for one day Diwali celebration which is a 5000 year old culture.

Yes, Pollution is a big threat to humanity and no one can deny that, But Govt. should work on it's root cause like giving the farmers of UP, Punjab, Hariyana state an alternative rather than burning the corp fields, Banning the user of Petroleum Coal, Cigarettes and other factors which makes sense. Instead of that putting restriction on a 5000 year old culture which is also known as Festival of Lights is absolutely bullshit and doesn't make any sense.

I agree with your trying to stop one event instead of the real root causes of the issues is a waste of time and it happens to often. In California the new silly ban is on plastic straws but only at the sit down restaurants and if you ask for one you can still get it. What again is the point of that law? I hope in general that political leaders start to really fix issues and not do stuff like that.

Yes sir... This is really ridiculous... Govt instead of working on the real problems they are banning a 5000 year old tradition... What the point of democracy then... It's so annoying.

I am having a rainy Diwali dear friend, today is really fall-y day, with rain, politics is a huge subject with alot of sides to the coin.

Hi Ma'am once in your life you should definitely experience the Diwali festival.. It's one of the major festivals in India.. which is also celebrated in Malaysia, Nepal, Bhutan, Mauritius and Singapore. :-)

That's not a good name for a pretty fairytale princess.

Because we should be able to move the conversation along a bit.

Then Phantom of the Opera is there! Inside your mind.
