How I quit Smoking
Quit smoking is not that easy, once upon a time I was a chain smoker, I finished almost 3 pockets of cigarettes per day, But now I quit smoking , and not smoking since 2011. Here I give few tips that I followed to not smoking you can also try if you are s smoker and wants to quit .
- Chewing bubblegum to avoid carving of smoking
- Avoid the shop where you regularly purchase cigarettes.
- Lighters, ashtrays from your home and office which are remind you smoking.
- Don't try to smoke when you using toilet, brush your teeth instead, it will become habit.
- Inform about your decision(QUIT SMOKING) to your family members and friends so that you cannot smoke in front of them.
6.Always think about your family and health.
