Today I am sharing a very healthy tangy dish.
It is super healthy rich sources of iron, fibre, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and antioxidant..
Here it is.
Wash n grate the aulad and discard the seeds.
Add sugar in it and keep the mixture overnight.
Now cook over a very low flame till the amlas are
cooked and the syrup is thick.
Now add cardamom powder and mix well, and it can be store more than a couple of months in a air tight jar.
