The Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, grandson of Akbar in the memory of the queen Arjumand Bano Begum, Constructed taj Mahal, the pinnacle of Mughal architecture. Mumtaz Mahal was granddaughter of Mirza Ghias Beg Itimad-ud Daula and a niece of empress Nur Jahan. She died at Burhanpur during her kid's birth and was born in 1593. Her mortal remains were momentarily buried in the Zainabad garden. 6 months later, her body has been transferred to be enshrined in the crypt of the Taj Mahal's tomb.
