The Road of my life married to an Indian

Last April 26, 2018. I had travel to manila for my son's passport means his Indian passport. I was too much tired searching for the location of the Indian Embassy. I was walking with a nine months old son of mine who is 9.2 kg. Before going to manila i already arrange all the requirements the Embassy had told me to bring. I reach at 7:30 am more or less but the gaurd told me that the Embassy will open at 9 am so i need to wait. When the time came they let us go inside the Embassy they told to go to receiving area then the number will be called. When my number was called i give all the requirements they told me to bring. The one who check it asked me where is my husband original passport. I told them he is currently working in UAE. He said we need the original passport. Then i said but we called already they said it is fine if without his original passport. Again he said the requirements already writen in our website ma'am. I told him i know and we called already and only this they asked to bring. I am not from manila. I am from Cagayan de Oro in mindanao. Why you did not told me this before i had come here. I and my husband called a lot of times to confirm and they said original passport is not needed. So! why you didn't told us from that time only without me wasting money, time and effort. Then he told to wait for the consular officer. I waited for him. But when he reach and talk to me same thing he had said to me! I was in stress, frustrated and tired. I just cried in from of the consular officer. Imagine walking for an hour and clamb stairs with a baby in a hot summer season. But they said this is their policies. Main kaya kare!!!
