Samosas
A flame flickers in unison with the blissful gleam in a man's eyes; he beholds the sight of savory stuffing frying in the folds of crisp triangular coverings.
At his last legs, the man heaves a big sigh of relief and as he does, a moreish whiff of delight fills up his lungs. The floating wonders are taken out and served with lush ginger flavored tea. The congruence of the piquant spicy palate with the richness of the tea still seem to be beyond compare, at least for a common Indian man it certainly is.
