The reason is a lot of guests can find out that he is not average. For him, a bouquet is a prestige symbol.
The second party is a bouquet sender. He sends a bouquet because he has an interest. His interest is to show off his position on a bouquet. For example, his name is John. John is CEO Bullshit Inc. He has an interest in displaying words of "John (CEO Bullshit Inc.)" on a bouquet. He wants the guests to see the words, even though they do not recognize him. For him, a bouquet is a means for self-existence.
The third party is a bouquet entrepreneur. He works a bouquet business because he has an interest. His interest is getting business profits. The trick is make attractive bouquets at competitive prices. He then promotes his bouquet business. He hopes that there are many people who order his bouquets. For him, a bouquet is a source of income.
These three interests meet each other at much time. The time are marriage moments. Those moments occur repeatedly. Of course, the meeting among the three interests also occurs repeatedly. That meeting occurs for years. It has become a culture at society. At this point, a bouquet sending becomes a social phenomenon in Indonesia.
