[Kale/Kangkung] Ketika Kita Tau Manfaatnya, Mungkin Kita Akan mengubah Mindset Terhadap Sayur Yang Satu Ini
Teman-teman Steemian pasti tidak asing dengan jenis sayuran yang satu ini. Apa lagi bagi para penggemarnya, kangkung merupakan teman yang sangat nikmat untuk seporsi nasi putih panas.
Ada banyak macam dan cara olah untuk kangkung sendiri. Mulai dari tumis hingga sebagai campuran sayur Lemak khas Aceh. Dan masak kangkung kesukaan saya adalah Tumis Kangkung dengan Bumbu rempah, santan dan terasi.
Tanaman dengan nama latin Ipomoea aquatica forsk ini dibudidayakan oleh petani untuk pasokan sayur, dan umumnya jenis kangkung yang dibudidayakan adalah kangkung darat.
Sedangkan untuk jenis Kangkung air di daerah pedesaan yang masih terdapat lahan sawah tumbuh secara alami dan melimpah. Seperti dibelakang rumah saya, beberapa petak lahan sawah yang sedang tidak ditanami padi karena sedang kemarau.
Disamping rasanya yang nikmat, kangkung juga mengandung mineral dan vitamin, seperti serat, selenium, zat besi, fosfor, vitamin A, B dan C yang baik untuk tubuh.
Oleh sebab itu Kangkung juga memiliki manfaat kesehat untuk kita seperti mencegah anemia, anti parasit usus, mencegah diabetes militus, mengatasi gangguan tidur atau insomnia, sebagai antioksidan dan antitoksin hingga mencegah virus penyebab flu.
Demikian sedikit ulasan saya mengenai salah satu sayur kesukaan saya. Semoga bermanfaat paling tidak jangan sampai membawa mudharat.
Semoga yang belum menyukai jenis sayuran ini segera mencoba dan mulai jatuh hati. 😂

As for the type of water spinach in rural areas that still exist rice fields grow naturally and abundantly. Like behind my house, some plot of rice fields that are not planted with rice because it is drought.
Besides its delicious flavor, kale also contains minerals and vitamins, such as fiber, selenium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin A, B and C which are good for the body.
Therefore kal also has health benefits for us such as preventing anemia, anti-intestinal parasites, prevent diabetes mellitus, overcome sleep disorders or insomnia, as antioxidants and antitoksin to prevent the virus that causes flu.
So little of my reviews about one of my favorite vegetables. Hopefully useful at least not to bring bad.
