Everyone must have felt angry. Various
events or the existence of other parties can
become the source of this angry emotion. Appearance
angry emotions can not always be avoided,
even more so when faced with a situation that is not
fair and unpleasant. However, emotion
anger needs to be managed and controlled so as not to
causing negative impact for self and environment.
Uncontrolled anger, though only
briefly, can have tremendous impact.

Angry and the cause
Anger is a normal emotion with a range
wide intensity, ranging from mild irritation,
frustrating to tantrums. Anger is a reaction
from interpretation and possible threat to
ourselves, the people we love, the property, the picture
self or other parts of us. Anger
is a sign for us to state that
something has gone wrong.
factors that cause people to become angry, namely:

  1. Feel the most righteous and powerful Person who feels righteous is more likely to make him blame others. Likewise, when a human being feels powerful, it tends to disparage others. If these two attitudes meet in one event in a person, then there will be a selfish attitude.

  2. Revenge
    Resentment is a feeling of hurt that is stored or buried in a person's heart, which is considered very easy
    triggering anger. The vindictive person of his life will never calm down, because every time he sees and hears the name of the person who hurt him, each of his heart will be more and more sick and his anger increasingly smoldering on the person.

  3. Degraded, humiliated or abused Rarely anyone who realizes that is as bad and as low as anything
    self, then he will never be willing to be insulted, although in fact people only mention the ugliness of nature and personality, because basically every human being has self-esteem.

  4. Deliberately stimulated to be exploited people Few people realize when he is instigated to hostile with someone. Usually for people who are not used to anger, at least he has heard and accept the wrong perception of others due to his instigators.

being angry:

  2. The cognitive reactions in which we are
    perceive or think about that thing
    makes us angry. For example, we think that
    the thing that is happening to the self is a thing
    wrong, unjust, and inappropriate.

  3. Behavior
    or how we express anger. Range
    this behavior is quite broad, starting from the visible face
    red, sounds loud, slamming doors, leaving
    just like that or any other sign to show
    that we are angry.
