Rotasi atau mutasi dalam sistim pemerintahan itu merupakan sebuah keharusan dalam organisasi birokrasi, sebab dengan merotasi jabatan para pejabat itu akan dapat menyegarkan sistim pemerintahan dalam melayani masyarakat. kenyataan itu dibuktikan oleh Bupati Aceh Barat Ramli MS dalam mutasi pejabat di lingkungan sekdakab kemarin.
Sedikitnya 25 pegawai eselon III hinga eselan IV dimutasi ke berbagai jabatan bahkan ada yang jadi staf biasa di tempat baru.
ini murni mutasi yang menjadi tuntunan birokrasi pemerintah untuk mengencangkan sistim pemerintahan dibawah kepemimpinan saya dan Pak Banta.
