From my opinion, blockchain has all the advantages needed for everyone such as safe, transparent, and timeless or can not be changed by anyone including its owner. in fact large companies worldwide can take advantage of this technology. they can get additional capital by joining ICO or they can also integrate their platform with blockchain to make it more perfect. but no one does this.
A few months ago I got information about amazon one of the big Marketplace in the world who want to use crypto for their payment tool. but until now there has been no certainty.

Then I find out why they didn't want to use blockchain. and come to the conclusion below

1. Rule and Laws.

Countries in the continent of America and Europe, there are many regulations that prohibit citizens to use cryptocurrency. and if we look at a list of big companies around the world on average they are in the United States and also Europe. so that is the first reason they are not interested in using blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.

2. money laundery and tax issues

Another reason why cryptocurrency is prohibited is because its anonymous nature can not be traced by anyone. although all the evidence of the transaction can be seen by anyone but no one knows who owns it. For that reason many people are using cryptocurrency as a money laundering tool. There is even a news that states bitcoin as the biggest money laundering tool in the world. Because of that reason many big companies don't want to take risks to use the technology. They do not want to be accused of embezzling taxes and so on.

3. volatility or unstable

It's not a new thing for the market situation can change in just mere minutes, making a stable cryptocurrency is proven to be difficult. Big companies do not want their investors to lose money because of this. in contrast to stocks, although in stocks have the same risk but are much more stable than crypto.

4. They doesn't need funds.

The initial goal of many new projects and tokens each day is because the developer team needs funds to develop and run their company. then what about companies that already have funds? according to them, ICO is rather wasteful and waste of time. They just need to focus only on their company .
