Sad, but this is where he people skills should come in. If this fool had people skills, he could use them to educate people, and those new converts could help push. But all he is good for is being a troll! So he drives off all potential help, because he is a troll!

He was trying to promote civil courts, and sheriff as the Law. He also loved o scream that he was a sovereign nation unto himself.
