Not an EE, so the somewhat vague language regarding the water dynamo and copper pole is obtuse to me. Perhaps a generator emits a radio signal? I note that the general idea of jamming/confusing the control signals for drones seems to be to use devices that emit strong signals.

I'd like to see hackers takes on drone defense. They can form DNA molecules that hack computers. They can blink lights at the LEDs on computers, and automotive lights, to hack them. Drones should be a piece of cake.
